youthNETers brought it back home
To develop good links across Europe, share experience in youth work with volunteers, and develop new common activities that will strengthen this volunteer work, two of our youthNET partner organisations - NGO People (Ukraine) and United Youth of Europe (Austria) - organised a Partnership Building Activity, which was supported by the EU’s Youth in Action programme.
Under the title “Bringing it all back home” (© Bob Dylan) organisations from all over Europe (including Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bugaria, Czech Republic, France, Georgia, Hungary, Italy, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, Ukraine) spent some intense and memorable 6 days in Bila Tserkva, Ukraine. The project gave them the opportunity to get to know each other and the local culture, meet the reality of local organisations’ work in Ukraine, discuss communalities and differences in working with volunteers in different parts of Europe, share experiences and methods, etc.
