(b) Provide space for organizations to build capacity, develop sustainability, form partnerships, share knowledge and disseminate good practices;

(c) Empower young people to achieve their fullest potential as active citizens;

(d) Achieve the recognition of young peoples’ needs and interests through advocacy.
